Bill Blomquist
Bill Blomquist joined the Empower Results team after several years on the board of directors of the White River Alliance, through which he got to know most of the other team members and the work of the company. Bill is a water policy nerd, who has spent many years studying arrangements for managing and protecting water resources in the U.S. and overseas while he was a political science professor at IUPUI in Indianapolis, from which he retired in 2021. He’s been a
consultant, author, and teacher, and remains a Senior Research Fellow with the Ostrom Workshop at IU-Bloomington. During his time on the White River Alliance board, Bill became involved with the Alliance’s annual Indiana Water Summit. As part of the team at Empower Results, he’ll continue to work on the Summit and other public events. He and his wife Liza enjoy traveling, spoiling their dog, and spending time with their grown “kids” and their significant others.
